Guarantee
We guarantee your trees and plants arrive healthy and we warranty them for 30 days after the date of delivery. If you think you have a problem, simply contact us with a description of your issue and a photo of your tree or plant. If your tree or shrub has perished we will issue a refund for the item excluding the shipping and handling fee.
Please note most of our trees and shrubs are grown outdoors. There may be a bite or spotting on leaves. We only use organic substances to discourage it. We’d rather have a bite out of a leaf or two versus lots of harmful chemicals on us and your plants and shrubs.
Cancellations
Orders scheduled to be shipped immediately may be cancelled prior to shipping for a 100% refund. Once an order is prepped and postage / tracking assigned, You may cancel the order for a refund excluding the cost of shipping. Orders held for a later ship date at the customers request may be cancelled prior to shipping, but it incurs a 20% restocking fee.
Plant Jet Lag?
Imagine if you had to ride across states in a box? No complimentary soft drink or peanuts either. If your trees or plants look a little tired, there is no need to worry. Simply remove the burlap, plant them in their new home, mulch, and water. They will bounce back in no time.
